We suggest booking your On Record camcorder as early as possible to make sure it’s available for your event. Ideally, 4–6 months in advance gives you plenty of time to plan, but you’re also welcome to book up to 3 weeks before your big day!

Not at all! Our camcorders are designed to be very user-friendly. Plus, your kit comes with clear instructions and a short online video tutorial via QR code, so anyone can start filming with confidence!

We’ll send out your On Record kit the week before your event, so you can expect it to arrive 2–4 days before your big day.

Once we receive your camcorder kit, we’ll get your raw footage back to you within 1–3 weeks so you can start reliving your special moments. Your custom event video will then be lovingly edited and delivered within 4–6 weeks, capturing all the highlights of your big day.
